shadows can be illuminating
as illumination might be wearing
for the wealth in contemplation
whilst photon depleted
can be colourful
if not overwhelmingly
lucid

shadows can be unambiguous
as ambiguity might be stifling
for the clarity in definition
whilst in darkness
can be untainted
if not of idyllic
purity

shadows can be heavenly
as perdition can be singularly confining
for the vision of naught
whilst in ecstasy
can be cosmological
if not synonymous with
freedom
